Settling in, garden time, and the important business of saying hello.
The big one — woods, moor or beach depending on the group and the weather.
Food for those who have it, naps for everyone. Photos sent to owners.
A shorter route, then games, toys a plenty.
Brushed, towel-dried if needed, and handed back gently knackered.

Moor Paws started the way most good dog businesses do: with one rescue Labrador, then another, then the dawning realisation that the best part of every day was the bit with the dogs in it.
We have volunteered with Labrador Rescue for years, helping rehome dogs across the UK, as well as being involved with the local Scarborough Dog Training Club, so we have handled everything from bombproof old gents to nervous youngsters who need the world introduced slowly. That experience shapes how we do things here: small groups, careful matching, and everyone goes at their own pace.
We're licensed by the local authority, fully insured, canine first aid trained, and based on the edge of the North York Moors — which means the walks are genuinely good ones.
The unglamorous details that matter — because trusting someone with your dog should never be a leap of faith.
Boarding and daycare are run under a local authority animal activities licence (no. [XXXX]), inspected and displayed as required in England.
Full public liability cover plus care, custody and control insurance for every dog we look after. Documents available on request.
All dogs need up-to-date vaccinations (or titre test by agreement) and a free meet & greet before their first stay, so groups stay safe and happy.
Every booking is covered by a clear service agreement — what we provide, what happens in an emergency, and how your information is handled.
(The dogs were asked for comment but mostly wagged.)

No obligation, no charge — just a cuppa for you and a sniff-around for them. We'll talk through your dog's routine, quirks and favourite things, and make sure we're the right fit before anything is booked.
We'll be in touch within one working day to arrange your meet & greet. Give the dog a scratch behind the ears from us in the meantime.
